I'm always encouraging others to try their best to live in the moment. Be present. But honestly it isn't as easy as it sounds. It proves to be one of the most difficult challenges, for me anyway. My mind has a tendency to dwell in the past and is constantly dreaming about the future. My mind always seems to want to be everywhere else but the present moment. But the present is not only where I need to be it’s where I'm supposed to be. So I'm trying my best to focus my mind, though most of the time it seems pretty impossible.
